Hi! We’re LB Lee. We’re a mental patient who’s seen (and been) a lot of crises. Some were unavoidable, but many were tragically preventable. We made this zine for psychological crisis (i.e., when you completely lose your shit), but large parts can be used for general purpose. Inside:
